WhoDunnit respects your privacy.

When you reserve for one of our shows, WhoDunnit collects personal information as required by your credit card issuer and as needed by our ticketing or payment processing service(s) to process your reservation. Usually, this includes first and last name, e-mail address, mailing address, and phone number.

We also collect names and e-mail addresses when you request information directly from us or when you sign our guest book. We occasionally use these to send out e-mails about upcoming shows and announcements. However, recipients may opt out of promotional e-mails at any time by simply clicking the “Unsubscribe” button at the bottom of the message, or by replying to the e-mail and putting “Unsubscribe” in the subject line.

WhoDunnit does not share, sell, or disclose any personal information to any third parties outside of our organization and our service providers.

WhoDunnit does not employ the use of cookies on our website (although our service providers may employ cookies when you interact with their services).

WhoDunnit does not collect usage data from your use of our service. However, third-party service providers (such as our ticketing platform) may collect this data in the course of rending our service to you.*

However, third-party service providers (such as our ticketing platform) may use cookies in the course of rending our service to you.* Such tracking technologies may include beacons, tags, and scripts to collect and track information and to improve and analyze the service.

Our service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from anyone under the age of 13.
